During her almost 10 years at 1105 Media, McDonagh has recruited several marketing professionals to her various teams, from marketing coordinators to vice presidents.
In exit interviews, McDonagh is one of the highest rated managers at 1105 Media. Employees commend her “lead by example” management style and data-driven strategies that lead to business success.
