A top revenue driver for the firm, Kersh has represented a long list of award-winning advertising agencies and brands, providing solutions to legal hurdles to help advance some of the world’s most celebrated advertising campaigns. Kersh is a true innovator in the business of advertising and has special expertise in branded entertainment, social platforms, user-generated content, copyright and trademark issues, right of publicity, substantiation of advertising claims, and emerging technology transactions and platforms. She has advised and lectured on the Federal Trade Commission’s new endorsement guidelines, which affect celebrities, bloggers, advertising agencies and advertisers.
